Karina conducts user experience research at Twitter with a range of teams and projects, focusing on mobile usage, international expansion, and geolocation. She came to Twitter from Sachs Insights, a research consulting firm, where she made interface recommendations for clients including Nike, Sovereign Bank, and the MLB. Before that, she worked at Meetup.com as its first in-house usability researcher, designing a lab setup and conducting weekly studies.
