This service provides a personal AI assistant you use through the Telegram bot @LostnluckyBot. This policy explains what information we handle, how we use it, who else is involved, and how you can delete it.
Only to run the assistant for you: to understand your requests, produce your work, keep your records, and manage usage limits. We do not sell your information.
To provide the service we rely on a few trusted providers:
We keep your information for as long as you use the service, until you delete it. You can erase everything at any time (see below). Some basic usage logs may be retained for a limited period to operate the service.
In the chat, send /deletedata to @LostnluckyBot and confirm — this erases your workspace files, your records, and your account. You can also email timothycuteaf@gmail.com to request deletion.
Anything the assistant produces is AI-generated. It can be wrong or incomplete, so please review anything important before relying on it. It is not professional (legal, financial, or medical) advice.
Information is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored by our hosting provider with encryption at rest, and access is restricted. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Our storage and database are hosted in Singapore. The AI provider may process your messages in other locations.
This is a business tool intended for adults (18+). It is not directed at children.
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use means you accept the current version.
