This service provides a personal AI assistant. You can use it on our website, on Telegram (the bot @LostnluckyBot), or on WhatsApp. This policy explains what information we handle, how we use it, who else is involved, and how you can delete it.
Only to run the assistant for you: to understand your requests, produce your work, keep your records, and manage usage limits. We do not sell your information.

These are the companies we work with directly. Each of them uses suppliers of its own, which their own privacy policies describe.
We keep your information for as long as you use the service, until you delete it. You can erase your files, your records and your account at any time (see below). Some basic usage logs may be retained for a limited period to operate the service.
On Telegram or WhatsApp, send /deletedata in the chat and confirm. On our website, use “Delete my account and everything in it”. Deleting your account removes your workspace files, the records the assistant keeps for you, every project and team you own, your account, and the detail you contact us through — your phone number, your Telegram ID, or your email address and website sign-in. Requests you typed on a team you did not own, and the replies to them, stay with that team as its record of the work. If you have a paid plan, deleting your account cancels it; the rest of the month you have paid for is not refunded on its own.
Unlinking one app, or deleting a single project, keeps the detail you contact us through until it has gone at least 90 days with no contact from you, then it is removed on its own. If you message us again after deleting your account, that creates a fresh record of the number or ID you wrote from, and nothing else, which is removed the same way. Stripe keeps its own record of you and your payments. We keep a payment record with your name, email address and billing address removed, for up to 90 days, and the basic usage logs described above. If you want everything gone, email timothycuteaf@gmail.com and we will remove whatever remains.
Anything the assistant produces is AI-generated. It can be wrong or incomplete, so please review anything important before relying on it. It is not professional (legal, financial, or medical) advice.
Information is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored by our hosting provider with encryption at rest, and access is restricted. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Our storage, our database and our servers are in Singapore. The AI provider, the messaging platform you use, and — if you start or make a purchase — the payment company, may handle your information in other locations.
This is a business tool intended for adults (18+). It is not directed at children.
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use means you accept the current version.
