Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this service — a personal AI assistant you use on our website, on Telegram (the bot @LostnluckyBot), or on WhatsApp. By using the assistant, you agree to these terms.

What the service is

An AI assistant that helps with small, everyday business tasks — for example writing things up, drafting messages, and keeping simple running records for you.

Using it responsibly

• Don't use the assistant for anything illegal or harmful.
• Please don't send sensitive regulated information — such as health records, full bank or card numbers, credit reports, or government ID numbers — about yourself or anyone else, unless we have explicitly told you it is supported.
• Only send information you have the right to share.

The assistant's output

What the assistant produces is AI-generated and provided "as is." It may be inaccurate or incomplete, and it is not professional legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use anything it produces.

Availability

This is an early-stage service offered on a best-effort basis. It may change, be interrupted, or be paused at any time.

Paid plans, renewal, cancelling and refunds

Parts of the service are offered on paid plans. If you choose one:

• Fees. The price and what it includes are shown on the payment page before you pay. Prices are in the currency shown there and include any taxes that apply.
• Renewal. Paid plans are monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month, charged to the card you gave, until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, which you reach from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment; your plan keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• Refunds. Payments already made are not refunded automatically. If something has gone wrong, email timothycuteaf@gmail.com and we will sort it out with you. This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
• Changes to prices. If we change what a plan costs, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

Your data

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time: on Telegram or WhatsApp send /deletedata in the chat; on our website use “Delete my account and everything in it”. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what that removes.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this service and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if the service is misused. You can stop using it, and delete your data, at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use means you accept the current version.
